Divisions And Standards

Main divisions

Open / Pro: These divisions exist for both male and female participants, creating four core race categories:

  • Open Male
  • Open Female
  • Pro Male
  • Pro Female.

Gender and performance scaling

Within each division, male and female categories use the same race format (7 rounds, 1 km run + 2 stations per round, total 4 km) but have different loads or standards at certain stations (for example, different slam ball, flip, or push/pull weights).

For Division Details see our Exercise Standards Page

Age Groups

Results are ranked not only by division (Open/Pro, Male/Female) but also within age groups, so athletes compete against others of similar age as well as in the overall leaderboard. Age Groups are as follows:

    •  16 – 30 Yrs
    • 30 – 40 Yrs
    • 40 and above

    Result Categories

Official standings are presented: Overall fastest to slowest within each division

Separate listings by age group in each division and gender category, so multiple winners can be recognized (overall, division, age-group)
