1. No Cancellation

All ticket purchases for the Xcelrec event are final.
Once a ticket is booked—whether for a participant or a viewer—it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

This applies to, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal schedule conflicts

  • Illness or injury

  • Travel issues

  • Incorrect selection of ticket type, division, gender, or age group

  • Double booking or accidental purchase

2. No Refunds

We follow a strict no-refund policy.
No refunds will be issued for:

  • Non-attendance

  • Late arrival or inability to enter the venue

  • Participant disqualification

  • Failure to meet eligibility or documentation requirements

  • Any technical, payment, or device-related issues on the customer’s end

Once payment is processed, no amount will be refunded, regardless of the reason.

3. Event Cancellation – Full Refund

A refund will only be issued if the event itself is cancelled by the organizers due to unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances, such as:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Safety concerns

  • Operational issues beyond our control

In such cases:

  • The full ticket amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • No additional compensation, interest, or damages shall be provided.

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.

4. Event Postponement

If the event is postponed (not cancelled):

  • Tickets will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled date.

  • No refunds will be issued for postponements.

5. Transfer & Resale Prohibited

  • Tickets cannot be transferred to another individual.

  • Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.

  • Duplicate or manipulated tickets will invalidate entry.

6. Agreement

By purchasing a ticket for Xcelrec, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy without exceptions.
